About Us:
Aspire is a competitive, progression-focused guild striving to achieve Hall of Fame in upcoming raid tiers. In addition to our raid focus, we are actively looking for M+ pushers who are aiming for the title or consistently pushing high keys. We're a close-knit group of dedicated players who push each other to excel in both personal performance and teamwork. Our goal is to maintain a strong raid team with a positive, productive atmosphere, where coordination, skill, and commitment are key. We raided six hours a week, this past season and now improving to nine hours come season two.

Recruitment Needs:
We are looking for motivated players with the drive to succeed in high-level gameplay.

What We Expect:

• Consistent attendance on raid nights 90%+ (Tues - Thurs 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM Eastern).
• Strong knowledge of your class and spec, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Consistent upkeep on your Mythic+ vaults, max level gems and enchants.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and work with the team to progress.
• A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
