What We Expect:

• 90%+ attendance on raid nights (Wed/Thur 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM Eastern).
• Strong understanding of your class and specialization with a commitment to improving.
• Consistent upkeep on your Mythic+ vault, max-level gems, and enchants.
• Willingness to accept feedback and collaborate with the team to achieve success.
• A positive mindset with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
