General Info

A group of returning players with prior HoF, .1% M+, and Multi-CE and experience. While we are competitive when it comes to raid performance, we also believe it's important to have a raid team that you enjoy playing with. While we lead with consideration for ethics and fairness towards current members of our raid team, spots on the raid roster are earned, not given, and the bar is only rising from week to week.

Ideal traits for recruitment

• Have a positive attitude and cohesion with our guild culture.
• Genuinely skilled players.
• Wanting to play for the team.
• Are able to show up early and ready for raid times.
• Are able to have fun, even when the going gets rough.
• Are able to take constructive criticism and are always looking to self-improve
• Are able to follow raid leader's instructions (i.e. respecting wipe/burn/swap calls)

Leadership

Organization, professionalism, and laid back environment all the while staying competitive. Value for community and culture, we are interested in getting to know you. We have an experienced and friendly team that works with the guild as a whole, not above it. You are as important as we are, and we value your input and feedback. Our role is to guide the guild and resolve any issues that may arise, in the most efficient and beneficial way. Good communication is the key to a strong guild. With that being said, we hold ourselves to a high standard and we in turn are looking for players who also hold themselves to a high standard.

We recruit based on performance AND personality. We have a really awesome culture here and we plan to preserve that.
