Shields Up - US Area 52 - Multi CE

Looking for exceptional players wanting to achieve CE on a light raiding schedule. Good vibes and a fun/positive raid environment are very important to us.

About us:

Shields Up is an adult raiding guild that has achieved Cutting Edge in Aberrus the Shadowed Crucible, Vault of the Incarnates and Sanctum of Domination. We formed in August 2016 and transitioned to Horde following Castle Nathria. While real life will always be priority (many of us have kids, spouse, full-time jobs, etc.), being able to play your class at a competitive level in a shorter time-window is critical.

Goal:

Cutting Edge progression within a fun, team-oriented environment while maintaining a 2-night / week raiding schedule (5 hours).

Schedule:

Tuesday/Thursday 8:30 EST - 11:00 EST.

Expectations:

For core raiders, the following is expected:

1. Be on-time. If you will miss a raid, communicating in advance is key
2. Come prepared with full consumables
3. While progression is on-going, getting at least one weekly key in is highly encouraged
4. Modest raid preparation and a team mindset. Success of the group > personal performance
5. Positive and constructive attitude

Mythic +:

Pushing keys is a major focus for the majority of our roster, with many of our raiders in the 2.5k++ IO range.

PVP:

On off nights, the occasional RBG shenanigans.

Achievement Runs:

We run "Glory of the X Raider" achievement runs every tier as a guild!
